We are so pleased you purchased a puppy from OFC - Oh, Fur Cute LLC! We have done our very best to provide you with a happy, healthy puppy! 

To reduce the risk of unnecessary exposure to disease, please bring your puppy directly home with you. Your puppy has not completed his/her vaccinations at this time. You will need to finish them with your veterinarian, at your cost, as your puppy ages.  

This puppy is guaranteed to be healthy and free of disease at the time of purchase. Buyer has 72 hours (3 days) from the time of purchase to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. The buyer is solely responsible for the cost of the examination. If the veterinarian feels this puppy is not represented as above, buyer may return the puppy, at buyer’s expense. A full refund of the purchase price will be returned to the purchaser upon documentation of disease or disorder by a licensed veterinarian. Our veterinarian must concur with said documentation. We are not responsible for any parasites that may be present. We treat for parasites, but it is a well-known fact that puppies pick them up easily. Be sure to watch for runny stools as puppies can show this symptom after travel. Please take your puppy to the veterinarian if this should happen.

Congenital defects are covered for a period of 1 year from the date of birth. Documentation of the congenital defect must be provided by a licensed veterinarian, and be proven to be congenital and not environmental. If our veterinarian concurs with the documentation, the live puppy must be returned along with all registration papers to OFC as soon as possible and will be replaced with a puppy of equal quality, when one becomes available.  NO refunds will be given. OFC will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that all expenses/payments are their responsibility.

Buyer understands that the English Bulldog is considered a high-maintenance breed. Unfortunately, within the breed there are issues that are considered common. Because of that, OFC - Oh, Fur Cute LLC will not cover: cherry eye, entropion, loose hips, skin allergies, elongated soft palette or stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils).

In the event that we are no longer in Bulldog breeding, we regret to inform you that we will no longer honor 1 year Congenital defect, as will not be able to replace your puppy nor will refunds be given.

This contract is in the jurisdiction of Cass County in the State of Minnesota and, as such, will be the venue for any disputes leading to arbitration. We are not responsible for any vet bills that may occur with your puppy. Please keep up with medical records as this is very important for your puppy’s life to be a healthy one.
